Continuation of booking an appointment means you understand and agree with ALL our terms below.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may will be asked to reschedule. Please note that a £5 fee will be added to your next appointment. It is important we ensure to maintain a timely schedule for all our clients who arrive on time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

£20 deposit is required to book an appointment, the remaining balance is due on the day in cash. Alternatively you can pay in full at the time of booking by using the booking link.

To book an appointment, you must be 18 years or older. Proof of ID will be required at the time of your appointment. Please note that if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have epilepsy, you will not be eligible for our services.

Additionally, pictures and videos will be taken during your appointment and may be posted on our social media channels (cropped before and after of teeth). If you prefer that no content be taken, please let us know before hand :)

Things to note:
If you have recently undergone a hygienist session with your dentist, please wait at least one week before scheduling your whitening treatment. This waiting period helps avoid any sensitivity during the whitening process. Your comfort is our priority!
